This place is so worth it!! The zucchini fries is so addictive. The lasagna is perfect and filling. I had a bite of the hubs' chicken parm sandwich before he scarfed it and hands down it's delicious! We found another spot we'll definitely come back to when we visit Black Mountain next. Thank you for that awesome meal!

New food truck alert!! Che fai in black mountain is serving up Italian goodness. I got the bolognese papperdelle the last time I was there, but this time Chef Natty hooked me up with an incredible caprese sandwich special. It was perfect, with a delicious aioli that packed the right amount of flavor. The fried zucchini was delightfully crispy and thin, and completely solved the issue of needing something fried. I don't think I'll ever order regular fries here if this is an option. Salad greens were bright and refreshing. I left feeling incredibly satisfied! Conveniently located in black mountain's old town district, in a hard-to-miss bright orange truck, Che fai is worth it to try next time you're in the area. Bonus points for staying open until midnight!

This pasta is unreal!!!! The chef Natty started his journey cooking with his grandmother and later helped launch a restaurant in Rome, Italy - the mother country. Great casual outdoor atmosphere, dog and kid friendly, but that pasta!!!

This is the best Italian food you are ever gonna have. Five star restaurant quality in a food truck. I had the amazing Barada with delicious bread. The Bolognese is to die for. You have got to go to the food truck. It's truly amazing.

The food was amazing and love that they were open late especially for in black mountain! Will be going back again to try the other dishes. Highly recommended the crack Mac.

I was truly amazed at how delicious the food was. The noodles are all handmade and the flavors were perfect. We had the Chicken Parmesan and the Papperdelle bolognese, spinach salad and garlic bread. The food was made to order which I appreciate, so it takes a little time and that time is reflected in the quality. We will be eating here weekly. Might I add they're open late, until midnight! This is a food truck and the outdoor space for sitting down and enjoying your food is spacious and cozy. We were there at 9pm and sat under the bistro lights and got cocktails from the neighboring bar, which you're allowed to bring out while you eat. It was honestly perfect.
